Returns & Exchanges
We want your shopping experience with us to be a great one! If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to Green’s Your Colour for a full refund with a copy of your receipt within 30 days of purchase. Green's Your Colour does not charge a restocking fee. However, you are responsible for your return postage.
Here's what to do:
- Please contact us and let us know the reason for your refund or exchange. We will then provide you with a return shipping address.
- Please provide a copy of your receipt for a full refund. Without a receipt we can only offer an exchange for a product of at least equal value.
- We recommend selecting a trackable shipping method and keeping the tracking information for your records until the return/exchange is complete. We also recommend you insure your shipment as we cannot be responsible for lost or missing packages that we did not ship ourselves.
- Refunds/exchanges will take approximately 3-4 weeks after we receive your product. Shipping charges are not refundable. We do not accept COD deliveries.
- Your credit card account will show the difference in purchase amount on your following statement, depending on the issuing bank or billing cycle.
